Official Rules of the "Wheel of Fortune" Giveaway

1. General Provisions

1.1. The organizer of the giveaway is the online store Fishmaster.
1.2. Only adults (18+ years old) may take part in the giveaway.
1.3. By taking part in the giveaway, the Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to these Rules and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data (email address) for the purpose of marketing communications.

2.1. The giveaway has a strict technical limit: 1 attempt per 24 hours per Participant.
2.2. Participants are identified for the purpose of controlling repeat attempts using two parameters:
- Unique email address.
- Network IP address (including IPv6 subnet prefixes).
2.3. Strictly prohibited:
- Using temporary, disposable, or bot-generated email addresses.
- Artificially altering network settings (including the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or anonymizers) in order to bypass the attempt limit.
- Using any automated software, scripts, or bots to spin the wheel in bulk.
2.4. If the technical system detects signs of IP manipulation or the use of fake data, the Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally cancel any issued promo codes and block the Participant's access to the site without further explanation.

3.1. A "win" refers to receiving an individual promo code for a discount, a gift, or free shipping.
3.2. The promo code is valid for a limited time and cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.
3.3. Only one promo code can be applied per order in the cart (discounts cannot be combined).
