Wholesale and partnership

Welcome to our wholesale section. We supply restaurants, caterers, retail shops and distributors across Denmark and the EU with fish and seafood from our own production in Randbøl.

Terms of cooperation

1. Registration and approval. Fill in the form at the bottom of this page. Once approved, we open your access and you see wholesale prices in your account.
2. Prices. All wholesale prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added at checkout. Businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT number are invoiced with 0% VAT (reverse charge). Products sold by weight are priced per kilo — the final amount depends on the weight of the batch.
3. Minimum order. EUR 500 (approx. DKK 3,700) excluding VAT and shipping.
4. Order composition. You can freely mix any items from the range in a single order. There is no minimum quantity per item.
5. Payment. The first four orders are paid in advance. After that, credit terms of up to 15 days are available. Payment terms are reviewed after several successful orders. Bank transfer, MobilePay and other common payment methods in Denmark.
6. Delivery. Collection from our warehouse and delivery within Denmark are free. Delivery to EU countries is by refrigerated and frozen transport, from one pallet space, paid by the customer. Details: Wholesale delivery and logistics.
7. Quality and documentation. EU-approved establishment DK 7070 EC, production under HACCP principles, full batch traceability. Details: Quality, food safety and documentation.
8. Shelf life. Frozen products — 1 year from the packing date; chilled products — 21 days. We produce shortly before dispatch and keep no old batches in stock.
9. Returns and claims. Food products cannot be returned. We replace defective goods free of charge, at our own cost. Please send claims as soon as possible after receipt, with photo or video evidence.
10. Additional benefits. Marketing material (photos and descriptions in Danish and English), technical product specifications in English on request, custom batches and packaging by agreement, regular offers for long-term partners.

3. Ordering — you order just like in a normal online shop, and our manager helps with the first order.
