  • Once approved, you'll get access to wholesale prices and the catalog

2. Payment

  • Full prepayment for the first order
  • For regular customers — deferred payment is possible (after 3 successful orders)
  • Bank transfers, MobilePay and other popular payment methods in Denmark

3. Delivery

  • Within Denmark: 1–3 business days
  • International delivery: 5–10 days (depending on the country)
  • Warehouse pickup: Lihmevej 5A, 7183 Randbøl
  • Free delivery within Denmark on orders over 20,000 DKK

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns of food products are not possible
  • Only replacement of defective items is possible
  • We replace defective items free of charge, at our own expense
