Shipping policy

1. Fishmaster's own delivery (within Denmark)

• Price: 54 DKK; free on orders of 1000 DKK or more.
• Delivery every two weeks to your door with our own refrigerated vehicle.
• Minimum order: 500 DKK (excluding shipping).

2. Express delivery

• Price: 90 DKK. Specialised courier with refrigeration equipment.
• Maximum weight per parcel is 20 kg; larger orders are split into several parcels. Each additional parcel costs 50% of the first, but no more than 50 DKK.
• Dispatch Monday–Thursday, delivery Tuesday–Friday (weekend orders ship on Monday).
• Tracking by email; the courier leaves the parcel at your door with photo confirmation. Same-day delivery by prior arrangement.

3. Pickup (free)

Lihmevej 5A, 7183 Randbøl, Denmark. Mon–Fri 08:00–17:30, Sat 08:00–15:00, Sun 08:00–13:00.

4. Receiving your goods

Please check the goods on receipt and put chilled and frozen products in the fridge/freezer straight away. Tell us about any delivery problem as soon as possible – see our returns and complaints policy.
