Made from formed pieces of seafood.

Ingredients

Pacific squid (40%), water, wheat flour (gluten), corn starch, sunflower oil, salt, dextrins, thickeners (E-407, E-412), wheat fibre, yeast, raising agents (E-450, E-500), garlic, glucose-fructose syrup, natural lemon flavouring with other natural flavourings, acidity regulator (E-330), antioxidant (E-300), colour (E-101).

Preparation

• Frying pan: fry without defrosting in plenty of very hot oil (180 °C) until golden.
• Oven: preheat to 200 °C, place the rings on a lightly greased tray and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden, turning them halfway through.
• This product must be cooked before consumption.

Shelf life and storage

• Store at −18 °C.
• In the freezer: ★ (−6 °C) 1 week, ★★ (−12 °C) 1 month, ★★★ (−18 °C) until the date on the pack.
• Do not refreeze.
• After cooking, store in the fridge.
